AICYBER AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (“AICYBER AUSTRALIA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Foodies mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our App. We are committed to compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect information you provide directly:

Foodies requests location access to show nearby restaurants and enable location-tagged posts. Location data is only collected when the App is in use and you have granted permission. You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings.

The App does not use browser cookies. We may use anonymous analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the App. You can opt out of analytics in your device privacy settings.

The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete the data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
