Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Foodies mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Foodies is a product of AICYBER AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (“AICYBER AUSTRALIA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Foodies is a social dining platform that allows users to discover restaurants, share food experiences, create and join dining events, and connect with other food enthusiasts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

You retain ownership of content you post on Foodies, including photos, reviews, and comments (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (d) upload viruses or malicious code; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; (f) use automated means to scrape or collect data from the App.

Restaurant information, menus, and event details are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information. Users are responsible for verifying details directly with restaurants.

The App, its design, features, and all related intellectual property are owned by AICYBER AUSTRALIA. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICYBER AUSTRALIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
